Protocols Used
DIDComm
DIDComm is a peer-to-peer communication technology for SSI with security and privacy properties rooted in DIDs (decentralized identifiers). DIDs are the foundation of SSI. The exchange of DIDs to form a connection with another party gives both parties a relationship that is self-certifying and mutually authenticated.
AnonCreds
AnonCreds is short for “anonymous credentials” and is a de facto standard developed by Hyperledger for Zero Knowledge Proof (ZKP) -based verifiable credentials. ZKP is a cryptographic concept and technology used to provide proof of certain attributes about an entity (such as a person) without revealing the actual identity of that entity.
